Delivery and returns

DutchWood BV love to delivers all products to your home. Large indoor furniture such as beds, tables and cupboards are mounted on site. Delivery of garden and outdoor items is up to the first door ground floor. If lift is present where the goods fit, the goods are also placed on top. The loose delivery of garden and outdoor items is also possible in consultation.

We deliver with our own transport throughout the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, south-west part of Germany and the north of France. Delivery in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg is free for orders from € 500.00. Delivery on the Wadden Islands is also possible. The costs for this are on request.
For orders in Germany free from €1000.
For orders in France and UK free from €2000. 

In the week preceding the delivery week, we will contact you about the specific delivery date. It also mentions the day part (morning or afternoon) on which we expect to arrive at you. Unfortunately, it is impossible to mention a precise time. There is, however, a possibility that our driver will contact you by telephone half an hour before arrival. If you want to use this, please let us know.

Picking up your order in Groot Ammers is also possible. We will contact you as soon as your furniture is ready.

Because most furniture is custom-made, it is not always possible to return it. Contact us about the possibilities.
